Designer for a Day

Starts at $975 + HST. Travel may be extra for areas outside of the GTA.

The inspiration available online can be mind boggling, and even more difficult when trying to bring it together into a cohesive, beautiful design. We understand your dilemma and are here to help you! For a reasonable fee we can help you to choose the options that work best for you, your aesthetic and your home without any stress or anxiety.

Whether it be choosing paint colours or wallpaper, arranging décor or selecting furniture and art & lighting, we’re here to help you to make the process enjoyable!  We can help you with sourcing, selections and even custom pieces to make your house the home you’ve always dreamed it could be.

Designer for a Day package includes:
  • A 6 hour day with a design professional

Designer on call

Starts st $1500 + HST. Travel may be extra for areas outside of the GTA.

‘Designer on call’ is for clients looking for guidance or a second opinion with a decorating or design project, but only need our professional advice on an as needed basis.

This service has been great for clients with both large and small projects. Whether you are selecting paint colour, wallpaper, cabinetry styles and colour, counter tops and tiles, bathroom vanities, finishes, fixtures, flooring, rugs, art, lighting or accessories, simply book a time slot with us and we can help you make informed decisions with confidence.

To move forward with designer on call you will need to book a block of time, blocks are available for 10, 20 & 30 hours.

Designer on call - package includes:
  • Designer on call between 10am – 6pm M-F
  • Onsite meetings
  • Sourcing/specifying materials for flooring and walls
  • Sourcing for furniture and decor
  • Assistance with new constructions finishes & fixtures
  • Shopping for specific furniture pieces
  • Creating a space from a magazine that you are inspired by

Delivery dates for any furniture purchases will be arranged after purchase depending on delivery availability. The client is responsible for the cost of delivery and must ensure that someone is available to accept any scheduled deliveries.

This service is right for you if:

  • You have a project you are currently working on and are in need of a design professional
  • Your home is needing certain upgrades (appliances, furnishings, cabinetry, counter tops, floor or wall tile, art accessories, drapery, and you need help with selecting them.
  • You have specific furniture pieces you would like professional help with purchasing in order to select the correct size, colour, style etc.
  • You have just purchased some new furnishings and want to tie it all together but need assistance doing so.

Luxury Design Service

Single rooms start at $2475 + HST. Travel may be extra for areas outside of the GTA.

We understand design because, as professionals in our industry we eat, sleep, and breathe it. Our Luxury Design Service is about creating custom designed interiors that fit the home and the home owner PERFECTLY!!
If you are looking for a design package that provides everything, but without having to do the leg work! This is the ONE.
We assemble a custom concept we are sure you will love, then book an appointment for a presentation meeting to share everything from mood-boards, fabrics, finishes, dimensions and price lists to complete the design plan. Please note – an initial consultation is required prior to this service is a separate fee.

Luxury Design Service Includes:
  • Complete design concept presentation
  • Mood boards
  • Custom furnishings
  • Access to TRADE ONLY showrooms
  • Fabric samples
  • Price lists and dimensions for all furniture selections
  • Painting and trim colour selections
  • 1 – 2 hours, in-person presentation meeting
  • Scope of Work document
  • Key design considerations

This package takes you to the point of presentation, and the end of (PHASE1) of our processes. Should you wish to continue on to PHASE 2 of the design process (implementation, procurement, ordering, tracking & arranging deliveries, and styling) we will be happy to continue forward with this phase which is charged at our hourly rate.
A measure of the client’s home may be necessary and will be billed additionally.

Kitchen and Bath Design

Starts st $1375 + HST. Travel may be extra for areas outside of the GTA.

This service is for clients going through a renovation or have purchased a new build, and needing our help selecting finishes, fixed elements etc. Specifically for kitchens, bathrooms, & powder rooms. This service is designed to be a one day option and for up to 5 hours with a design professional.

Kitchen and Bath package includes:
  • A full day with a design professional
  • Access to samples of materials
  • Flooring options / selecting hardwood
  • Floor or wall tiles
  • Back-splash and grout recommendations
  • Counter-top and profile selections
  • Cabinetry finish/colour/style and hardware choices
  • Lighting options
  • Paint colours for walls, ceiling & trim
  • Plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, tubs and shower controls

This service is right for you if:

  • You have decided to renovate your kitchen, bathroom or powder room and need help selecting finishes, fixtures, etc.
  • You have recently purchased a new build and need a design professional to guide you with the selections
