Designer for a Day – Option 1

Starts at $975 + HST. Travel may be extra for areas outside of the GTA.

We understand that hiring a design professional can sound like quite a commitment, which is exactly why we offer “Designer for a Day”.  It is easy, affordable, and provides great results.
This service allows the client to select the room(s) they require our help in pulling together. Once the rooms are selected, we gather information about your home, preferred places to shop, your style and any inspirational images you may wish to share.
On your scheduled appointment day, we meet at your home, have a brief meeting, then hit the road. Once all purchases are checked off the list, we return to style the room and complete the day.

Designer for a Day Option 1 package includes:
  • A 5 hour day with a design professional
  • Meeting at clients home
  • Level of investment discussion
  • Shopping with designer
  • Use of current furniture and accessories where possible
  • Rearrange furniture creating flow & functionality if necessary
  • Accessorizing & styling
  • Hang art
  • Floral arrangements

This service is right for you if …

  • You have been looking to update your soft goods, art, lighting, rugs, accessories, small furnishings.
  • You have some great pieces of furniture but just don’t know how to accessorize them.
  • Your bedroom is in need of some romancing.
  • You have been wanting to hire a designer but thought it would be too expensive…..till now.

Designer for a Day – Option 2

Starts st $1375 + HST. Travel may be extra for areas outside of the GTA.

‘Designer for a Day’ option #2 is for clients who would like to invest in new furniture and décor for a specific room. Many clients have taken advantage of this service as we provide access to trade only showrooms as well as retail stores. With a detailed shopping list and measurements we are able to select furniture such as sofas, sectionals, chairs, bedroom furniture, dining room furniture, bedding, lighting, art, & décor.
On your appointment day we meet at your home for our in person look at the space we are working on, then head off to our 1st stop. We suggest a comfortable pair of shoes, and that you are ready to be inspired.

Designer for a Day - Option 2 package includes:
  • An initial meeting at the client’s home to review the space
  • A 6 hr. day with a design professional
  • A specifically curated plan for the day
  • Access to TRADE ONLY showrooms
  • Designer discounts wherever possible
  • Swatches and samples (if applicable)
  • Paint colour suggestions
  • Options for custom built-ins (if applicable)
  • A report detailing any purchases, facbrics and furniture delivery times (cost of furniture is extra and not part of the package price)

Delivery dates for any furniture purchases will be arranged after purchase depending on delivery availability. The client is responsible for the cost of delivery and must ensure that someone is available to accept any scheduled deliveries.

This service is right for you if:

  • You have a room which you are unsure how to design and need help with furniture suggestions
  • You have specific furniture pieces or decor that you would like professional help with purchasing
  • You have just purchased some new furnishings and want to tie it all together

Luxury Design Service

Single rooms start at $2475 + HST. Travel may be extra for areas outside of the GTA.

We understand design because, as professionals in our industry we eat, sleep, and breathe it. Our Luxury Design Service is about creating custom designed interiors that fit the home and the home owner PERFECTLY!!
If you are looking for a design package that provides everything, but without having to do the leg work! This is the ONE.
We assemble a custom concept we are sure you will love, then book an appointment for a presentation meeting to share everything from mood-boards, fabrics, finishes, dimensions and price lists to complete the design plan. Please note – an initial consultation is required prior to this service is a separate fee.

Luxury Design Service Includes:
  • Complete design concept presentation
  • Mood boards
  • Custom furnishings
  • Access to TRADE ONLY showrooms
  • Fabric samples
  • Price lists and dimensions for all furniture selections
  • Painting and trim colour selections
  • 1 – 2 hours, in-person presentation meeting
  • Scope of Work document
  • Key design considerations

This package takes you to the point of presentation, and the end of (PHASE1) of our processes. Should you wish to continue on to PHASE 2 of the design process (implementation, procurement, ordering, tracking & arranging deliveries, and styling) we will be happy to continue forward with this phase which is charged at our hourly rate.
A measure of the client’s home may be necessary and will be billed additionally.

  • You have grown tired of certain rooms in your home
  • You recently purchased a new home and the current furniture will not work in the new one
  • You are downsizing and need to purchase furnishing that are on a smaller scale but would like a design profession to guide you with your purchases
  • You have purchased a property and wish to rent / lease out fully furnished and decorated

Kitchen and Bath Design

Starts st $1375 + HST. Travel may be extra for areas outside of the GTA.

This service is for clients going through a renovation or have purchased a new build, and needing our help selecting finishes, fixed elements etc. Specifically for kitchens, bathrooms, & powder rooms. This service is designed to be a one day option and for up to 5 hours with a design professional.

Kitchen and Bath package includes:
  • A full day with a design professional
  • Access to samples of materials
  • Flooring options / selecting hardwood
  • Floor or wall tiles
  • Back-splash and grout recommendations
  • Counter-top and profile selections
  • Cabinetry finish/colour/style and hardware choices
  • Lighting options
  • Paint colours for walls, ceiling & trim
  • Plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, tubs and shower controls

This service is right for you if:

  • You have decided to renovate your kitchen, bathroom or powder room and need help selecting finishes, fixtures, etc.
  • You have recently purchased a new build and need a design professional to guide you with the selections
