Project Dacres was a beautiful 2500 sq ft Caledon home, with an unfinished basement walkout. We provided the client with 3D renderings in order to visualize the proposed space. Our plans included a custom office, a large washroom, professional custom gym, a music room, wine room and custom bar, 2 seating areas, and multiple storage options. With a few modifications to the plans were able to execute this project to completion. The result was a stunning open concept basement fit for entertaining or a night at home with the family.

Key considerations for this project were: Provide a open plan, multi-functional space in which the home owners could enjoy whether at work or play, in summer or winter.
